When we check-in the appartement it was not the way we were informed. Dishwasser did not work there were not enough blankets and sheats etc. We did not accept. We got another one. This was so dirty we did not want to stay there. The bathroom was terrible. After several times we went to the reception they came to clean but still appartement is not clean. They only did the most worse things. There is nothing to clean with in the appartement. Everything is old. We have made pictures. As we only have one week holiday we make the best out of it but this accommodationis terrible. We will not recoment this to anybody. It is on our black list.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte en urgence suite à notre arrivée en Sardaigne ce jour. A notre grande surprise le logement dans lequel nous avons été logé ne correspond pas du tout à celui qui a été loué auprès de votre agence. Voici le logement que nous avons loué : Or nous avons été logés dans la résidence Villagio Ghita qui se trouve via Caboto. En plus de cette déconvenue, le logement dans lequel nous avons été logé n'est pas équipé de l'air conditionné. Or nous avons un enfant de 9 mois qui a des soucis de santé et ne peut supporter la chaleur. Par la présente je vous demande donc de nous loger dès ce mercredi 3 aout dans l'appartement que nous avons loué, et équipé de l'air conditionné. Nous avons accepté de rester ce soir dans l'appartement car l'agence "reisole costa rei Sardinia" n'avait pas de solution dans l'immédiat. Sachez que nous ne pourrons rester plus longtemps. A défaut de solution ce mercredi avant 12h00 nous demanderons le remboursement intégral de la location. Merci de nous tenir informés. Cordialement, Laurent PAVARD

Mevrouw, mijnheer, ik neem dringend contact met u op na onze aankomst op Sardinië vandaag. Tot onze grote verbazing komt de accommodatie waarin wij verbleven totaal niet overeen met die van uw makelaardij. Hier is de accommodatie die we huurden: We waren echter ondergebracht in de Villagio Ghita-residentie die via Caboto ligt. Naast deze teleurstelling is de accommodatie waarin we verbleven niet voorzien van airconditioning. we hebben een 9-maanden- oud kind dat gezondheidsproblemen heeft en niet tegen de hitte kan Ik vraag u hierbij om ons vanaf woensdag 3 augustus te huisvesten in het appartement dat we hebben gehuurd en voorzien van airconditioning. We spraken af om vannacht in het appartement te blijven omdat het bureau "reisole costa rei Sardinia" geen onmiddellijke oplossing had. Weet dat we niet langer kunnen blijven. Bij uitblijven van een oplossing a.s. woensdag voor 12.00 uur zullen wij een volledige restitutie van de huursom vragen. Bedankt om ons op de hoogte te houden. Met vriendelijke groet, Laurent Pavard
