Villa in Esporles met privé zoutwaterzwembad

After a day full of activities, it is wonderful to cool off in the private salt pool with a size of 10m x 5m and a depth between 1m and 1.9m. The pool is surrounded by a large garden with many corners to relax, eat and sunbathe with sun loungers at your disposal. The porch offers the ideal environment for a delicious family barbecue, accompanied by tranquility and privacy. From time to time, you can quickly refresh yourself thanks to the outdoor shower. Several trees, including almond and orange trees, invite you to harvest fresh fruit depending on the season. There is a wood-burning oven to prepare pizzas and homemade bread. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

There are three buildings on the plot. In one we find the bright kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, utensils and dishwasher so you don't have to bother with washing up. In this building there is also a toilet with entrance from the outside. Here you can see the dedication of the owners and how much love they have decorated this house. The large dining table has plenty of space, ideal if you have guests. There is air conditioning and the television has satellite. In the second building there is a triple bedroom with access to the garden. The third casita consists of a charming living room with wood stove, television and air conditioning, as well as a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. So that nothing is missing, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with a baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.

The farm is located near Esporles, in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains. Here you can go hiking and cycling and there are many mountain routes, for example the Camà des Correu that connects Esporles with Banyalbufar. In the center of the village there is a grocery store, restaurants and bars. The next beach is in Banyalbufar and it is a gravel cove. About half an hour's drive takes you to sandy beaches in the south, such as Cala Major or Illetas. Palma de Mallorca, the island capital, is famous for La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle, which are about 20 minutes away by car. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
