In the private chlorine pool, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth of 1m to 1.9m, you can swim with views of the countryside and mountains. Around it, four sun loungers invite you to rest and sunbathe and you can quickly cool off in the outdoor shower. Next to the pool, there is a furnished terrace; an idyllic place for outdoor dining. Depending on the season and availability, you can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds from the orchard to which you have free access. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. This beautiful house is fenced and there are some neighbors in the area.

Inside, a rustic living-dining room with satellite television invites you to spend unforgettable moments with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Regarding the bedrooms, there is one with a double bed on the ground floor and two on the first floor, one of them with a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower and another with two single beds. In addition, a bathroom with a bathtub serves the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and have windows facing the garden.

This beautiful farm is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a very quiet town at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center of town there is a grocery store, good restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafes. The surroundings are fantastic for walking or cycling routes, for example, to the underground springs Ses Fonts Ufanes that spring up after heavy rains, to the small town of Binibona, to the monastery of Lluc or to the neighboring towns of Moscari and Selva. A car is necessary.

As for beaches, you have the choice between the sandy beaches of the north and the rocky coves in the mountains. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Alcúdia and is an ideal place for families as it has all the services imaginable. Playa de Muro is a quieter beach, backed by dunes. If you like walking, you can get from Alcúdia to Can Picafort, crossing the entire Playa de Muro. Beautiful stone coves such as Port des Canonge and Port de Valldemossa await you in the Tramuntana.
