The exteriors are fantastic to enjoy the good weather on the island. They will be able to swim in the chlorine pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.60 meters. Afterwards, enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The single-story interior offers a comfortable and welcoming style. In the large living room you can watch Sat-TV. It is connected to the kitchen-dining room through an arch and the kitchen has a gas stove. In the house there are 5 bedrooms, all with double beds except one with 2 single beds. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The equipment is completed by a crib, a high chair and 3 fans.
The house is located on the outskirts of Cala Murada. Here you will find basic services such as a supermarket and restaurant. For everything else you can go to Felanitx. The area is full of different beaches and coves such as Cala Domingos, Cala Murada and Cales de Mallorca. The nearest golf course - Vall d'Or - is just 6.1 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
