Dubrovnik 2024The house is perfect, It has everything you need and the location is great, It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, which is essential, it has a lovely outside terrace, It',s a short distance by car from the Oldtown and in the opposite direction from Lapad, Each has a different vibe, the Oldtown has lively bars, and Lapad is more relaxed, If i return to Dubrovnik i would definitely stay here again,

Host was really awesome, property was spotless and each room had separate mini split to adjust the room temperature, we didn',t use it much but there was a plenty of kitchenware and glasses and mugs, Little yard with shade and comfortable seats was awesome,

De gastheer was echt geweldig, het pand was brandschoon en elke kamer had een eigen mini-split om de kamertemperatuur te regelen. We hebben het niet veel gebruikt, maar er was genoeg keukengerei, glazen en mokken. De kleine tuin met schaduw en comfortabele stoelen was geweldig.

Four bedroom, three bathroom house about a thirty minute gentle walk from the Old Town and a fifteen minute walk from beaches, Fully air conditioned, Well appointed, Sharing with two other couples made this great value for money,

The house was lovely, Extremely clean and all new, Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions, The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride, Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself, I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area,

Everything was great here, All very new und modern, Big rooms, We were surprised, Very cheap, Not far from the old town, Bakery, restaurant around the corner, 30 minutes from the Airport, Nice owner, Nothing to complain about, We come back,

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady, Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful, A great start to our 5 day break, The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days, I could not fault it, The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town, There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill,
