The location of this property is very convenient, it is very close to the Dubrovnik old town, We can reach the Ploce Gate of the Dubrovnik old town in 5 min walk, The property provides a garage, which is very valuable since parking near the Dubrovnik old town is very expensive, The space of the garage is big enough for the 9-seat van we rented, The distance between the garage and the house is around 150 meters and there are some stairs, However, the stairs are not steep and therefore it is OK for us,

A classy villa in easy reach of the centre of town, with marvellous views,It was spacious, in an excellent location with a great view, Itâs not modern, but well appointed, clean, and comfortable, Itâs very spacious, with 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs and separate living, dining and kitchen downstairs, Iâd describe it as a whole house rather than a duplex apartment, On a practical level as we had driven to the property, the garage was very useful (and surprisingly large - we could easily fit in our long wheelbase Ford Tourneo Custom van), Be aware that there are quite a few steep steps between the parking and the apartment though, The upstairs terrace/,balcony has fantastic views of the city,

Een stijlvolle villa op korte afstand van het stadscentrum, met een prachtig uitzicht. Het was ruim, op een uitstekende locatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Het is niet modern, maar goed ingericht, schoon en comfortabel. Het is erg ruim, met 3 ruime slaapkamers boven en een aparte woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken beneden. Ik zou het eerder omschrijven als een heel huis dan als een duplexappartement. Op praktisch vlak, aangezien we naar het pand reden, was de garage erg handig (en verrassend groot - we konden er gemakkelijk onze Ford Tourneo Custom-bus met lange wielbasis in kwijt). Houd er wel rekening mee dat er nogal wat steile trappen zijn tussen de parkeerplaats en het appartement. Het terras op de bovenverdieping, balkon, biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad.

Holiday Home Patricija was the highlight of our visit to Croatia, We could have stayed forever!The location of the house is amazing - way closer to the old town than we expected, and also close to the cable car and other amenities such as groceries and cafes, Breathtaking views from the terrace, HUGE bedrooms and lots of space throughout the house, and we liked the quirky vibe created by the decor and lay-out, Great to have a well-tended garden and pretty outdoor seating area, Also great to have our own parking garage (albeit a short distance away), Well-equipped kitchen,

Vakantiehuis Patricija was het hoogtepunt van ons bezoek aan Kroatië. We hadden er wel voor altijd kunnen blijven! De locatie van het huis is geweldig: veel dichter bij de oude stad dan we hadden verwacht, en ook dicht bij de kabelbaan en andere voorzieningen zoals supermarkten en cafés. Adembenemend uitzicht vanaf het terras, ENORME slaapkamers en veel ruimte in het hele huis. We vonden de eigenzinnige sfeer die werd gecreëerd door de inrichting en indeling erg leuk. Geweldig om een goed onderhouden tuin en een mooi zitgedeelte buiten te hebben. Ook geweldig om een eigen parkeergarage te hebben (hoewel op korte afstand). Goed uitgeruste keuken.

Only 125 steps up from the old city we had a great stay in this spacious house with a groupmof friends,The entire house was at our disposal, We enjoyed the terrace with the view on sea and harbour of Dubrovnik, very pleasant for breakfast and afternoon-drink, We slept very well in the good beds, Enough linnen and towels was provided, Also the kitchen was very well equipped, If we ever go to Dubrovnik again we would prefer to stay in this house, Also very satisfied about the host-organisation,

This is very nice house with balcony with great view to old town and the sea, It is very good location, very close to old town, just some 40 stairs up from Ploce gate, which is much less than usually apartments in Dubrovnik, Lot of space in the house, nice terrace, Really suggested and worth on money to stay in such a nice place with great view and so close to old town,

Beautiful villa with a great view the location was perfect, Would not be good for people who have problems with climbing up steps, Around 30 of them , We were there for 3 nights and had a lovely time,

perfect location, you can reach all in view minutes!
