De toegangscodes voor het sleutelkastje werden 24 uur voor de geplande aankomsttijd naar ons verzonden. De communicatie verloopt soepel en Joffrey reageert snel per e-mail. We zijn behoorlijk veeleisend, maar we hebben eindelijk een kwaliteitsproduct gevonden. We komen zonder aarzelen terug. Nogmaals bedankt.

Schone, comfortabele en functionele accommodatie. De werkelijkheid komt overeen met de foto's. De matras is van goede kwaliteit. Er valt niet veel over te klagen. Er zijn echter enkele minpuntjes: - er lag geen vuilniszak in de prullenbak in de keuken toen ik aankwam. - het gordijn aan de keukenkant (van papier?) is niet voldoende ondoorzichtig en rolt soms moeilijk af. Verder is het appartement prima. Wat betreft de ligging van de studio: - in een klein straatje met relatief weinig verkeer, dus vrij rustig. Je kunt echter wel de (zeldzame) passerende auto's/motoren horen. Uit voorzorg raad ik bezoekers aan oordopjes mee te nemen, maar niets dat te veel is. - de studio is ideaal gelegen in een hele mooie buurt, op 1 minuut van het station Straatsburg-Saint Denis. Wees 's nachts voorzichtig, want de omgeving van het station wordt soms bezocht door onwelgevallige figuren (zoals helaas op veel plaatsen in Parijs). De trappen zijn vrij smal, maar ook niet extravagant. Ik had geen moeite om met mijn grote koffer naar boven en beneden te gaan. Zeer positieve conclusie, het verblijf in dit appartement is prima verlopen!
