Villa Marini Dvori - Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace

Perfect, no more words needed!We had an excellent stay, Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos and met our expectations perfectly, The cleanliness was outstanding, parking was convenient, and the view was exceptional, The private garden was a lovely touch, The hostess was fantastic and even had a delightful, friendly dog, She also provided us with some homemade items such as jam, The house offered ample space and was well-maintained, There are many wonderful beaches nearby, with a bus station right outside and easy access to Uber, We highly recommend this place!

Perfect, meer woorden zijn niet nodig! We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Alles was precies zoals op de foto's en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. De netheid was uitstekend, parkeren was gemakkelijk en het uitzicht was uitzonderlijk. De privétuin was een leuke verrassing. De gastvrouw was fantastisch en had zelfs een leuke, vriendelijke hond. Ze voorzag ons ook van zelfgemaakte artikelen, zoals jam. Het huis bood voldoende ruimte en was goed onderhouden. Er zijn veel prachtige stranden in de buurt, met een bushalte voor de deur en gemakkelijke toegang tot Uber. We raden deze plek ten zeerste aan!

Mara is the most hospitable host you could ever imagine and Villa Marini Dvori is a little slice of heaven,Mara made this more than just a stay in an anonymous apartment - she was incredibly kind, hospitable and helpful - and it felt like we were staying in her home but with our privacy and within our own self-contained apartment, The accommodation itself was immaculate and fully kitted out, Mara had even bought us some provisions for our first morning because we arrived on the eve of a public holiday, For us, a family of 5 (children: 12, 18, 20), the position of Villa Marina Dvori was perfect: a ten minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute bus ride to the old city, We split our time between the two - the buses were regular (we never waited more than 5 minutes) and easy to use, I wish Iâd had more time to sit in Maraâs stunning garden but I started most days reading on the terrace overlooking the marina - heaven!

Mara is de meest gastvrije gastvrouw die je je maar kunt voorstellen en Villa Marini Dvori is een klein stukje paradijs. Mara zorgde ervoor dat dit meer was dan alleen een verblijf in een anoniem appartement. Ze was ontzettend aardig, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het voelde alsof we in haar huis verbleven, maar dan wel met onze privacy en in ons eigen appartement. De accommodatie zelf was onberispelijk en volledig uitgerust. Mara had zelfs wat proviand voor ons gekocht voor onze eerste ochtend, omdat we aankwamen op de vooravond van een feestdag. Voor ons, een gezin van 5 (kinderen: 12, 18, 20), was de ligging van Villa Marina Dvori perfect: op tien minuten lopen van het strand of op 10 minuten met de bus naar de oude stad. We verdeelden onze tijd tussen de twee. De bussen reden regelmatig (we hoefden nooit langer dan 5 minuten te wachten) en waren gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Ik wou dat ik meer tijd had gehad om in Mara's prachtige tuin te zitten, maar ik begon de meeste dagen met lezen op het terras met uitzicht op de jachthaven. Wat een paradijs!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful country, the best host you could wish for! We will miss you MaraHost was amazing, she met us on the day of arrival and ensured we had information about the area and spent time making sure we were comfortable and also introduced us to her lemon cello and gave us some of her homemade marmalade, The villa is exceptionally clean and has everything you need, Area is safe and has lovely bars and restaurants, Highly recommend,

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtig land, de beste gastheer die je je maar kunt wensen! We zullen je missen MaraHost was geweldig, ze ontmoette ons op de dag van aankomst en zorgde ervoor dat we informatie hadden over de omgeving en nam de tijd om ervoor te zorgen dat we ons op ons gemak voelden en liet ons ook kennismaken met haar citroencello en gaf ons wat van haar zelfgemaakte marmelade, De villa is uitzonderlijk schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, De omgeving is veilig en heeft leuke bars en restaurants, Een echte aanrader,

Mara was an amazing host and made me a birthday cake and some amazing homemade lemon jam from her orchard, She gave us bone of the original old Dubrovnik houses with its own pretty little church in the grounds and beautiful gardens, Location was excellent, a short walk to beaches and restaurants and 10 minute taxi in to the old town, We were so thankful we decided to stay in Lapad rather than within the city walls,

Mara was een geweldige gastvrouw en maakte een verjaardagstaart voor me en een heerlijke zelfgemaakte citroenjam uit haar boomgaard. Ze gaf ons een stukje van de originele oude huizen van Dubrovnik met een eigen mooi kerkje op het terrein en prachtige tuinen. De locatie was uitstekend, op korte loopafstand van de stranden en restaurants en met de taxi in 10 minuten in de oude stad. We waren zo dankbaar dat we besloten om in Lapad te verblijven in plaats van binnen de stadsmuren.

We spent just 3 nights here and loved it, Mara takes pride in her accommodation and it shows, The place is on a quiet secure drive set off and behind the harbour one way road, Lovely well kept gardens and excellent presented apartment with generous sized rooms, Highly recommended to stay here and meeting Mara is also a pleasure,

What an absolute pleasure of an Airbnb experience, From the moment of being met by Mara, our host, at her front gate, with a limoncello to her helping organising our airport transfer, The apartment itself is spacious especially the separate lounge area which is a great place to relax and unwind after seeing Dubrovnik's sites and some great eating and drinking, The beds are comfortable and there is air-con throughout the house, an absolute necessity at this time of year in Dubrovnik, The apartment is also really well located to Lapad's vast selection of eating places and there is a local small supermarket less than 5 mins away, The apartment is fantastically set up for kids with cot and high-chair, Mara also organised a day trip to Montenegro and reservation at Orsan yacht club, 5 minute walk away, for a romantic dinner, This is also a must do while here, Just can't speak highly enough of the our stay, Cheers Mara
