The apartment is simple but comfortable and is on the second floor without an elevator. Before going to the beach, you can start the day with a delicious breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze that comes from the Mediterranean. A practical awning offers protection from the sun during the hottest days.
The apartment has a living-dining room, with TV and air conditioning; a simple kitchen with a gas hob; and a laundry room with washing machine, iron/ironing board. In addition, there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. If you travel with your baby, we prepare a crib and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. As for equipment, there is an air conditioning unit at the entrance.
Daimus Beach is a natural and family-friendly fine sand beach, with all the services you need for an unforgettable vacation. Among beach bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets you can find many good restaurants serving the famous Paella. Sports lovers have many possibilities to practice water sports such as windsurfing or paddle surfing. The Oliva Nova golf course is approximately 15 km away. A more lively atmosphere will be found in Playa de Gandia, 5 km away. The old town of Gandia with its Ducal Palace is worth a visit. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
