The holiday home has a certain charm (1970s style), and the owner has prioritised quality in the furnishings. Some items have since been replaced and adapted to the décor. The kitchen area is well-fitted and functional. However, there are also some downsides. The coffee machine (Moccamaster) is in urgent need of a refurbishment, and faulty parts need replacing. The kitchen cupboards are overflowing †and by that I donâ€t mean theyâ€re sensibly full. There isnâ€t really any space for your own belongings. The cupboards in the bedrooms are filled with items (clothes, shoes, boxes, etc.). As a result, thereâ€s only limited space here for your own things too.The double bed takes up almost the entire bedroom. On the window side, you have to squeeze past the side of the bed. For older people, the limited space could be a problem. The bathroom is functionally fitted out. The washing machine and tumble dryer are built into the wall and â€protected†from moisture by a shower curtain.  Here, too, thereâ€s only space for toiletries on the washbasin. One positive point worth mentioning is the beautifully landscaped and spacious outdoor area. Due to its somewhat secluded location, it is naturally very quiet.Another thing Iâ€d like to mention is the lack of documentation for the house and appliances. It took quite a while to find the water meter. Itâ€s well hidden in the subfloor of the cupboard (in the room with the double bed). To read it, you first have to remove the vacuum cleaner etc.. the meter is located under the floor panel. However, itâ€s a bit tricky to read without a torch. This has turned out to be a bit longer than intended, but perhaps the owner will read this and make a few changes. The points mentioned above had only a minor impact on our holiday. You just make the best of the situation and enjoy your time in Denmark.
