In 1904, all the factory buildings were rebuilt in the Art Nouveau style. The cardboard factory burned down in 1958; only the villa survived. Because such a charming yet secluded location is rare, the artist TM Rotschönberg meticulously reconstructed the building and the entire estate to the highest standards, making it available to vacationers. He crafted all the furniture himself to complement the elegance of this Art Nouveau villa. From here, you can take excursions to Saxon Switzerland or Augustusburg Castle. The signposted Mulde Cycle Path runs alongside the property, and various cycling tours starting and ending at the house can be planned along field and forest paths.
