Mooi luxe appartement in Las Colinas Golf & Countryclub, gedeeld zwembad

Locked out from the apartment Las Colinas Golf resort / apartment Tipuana ES-03189-89 To whom it might concern by Belvilla, R&B or the owner of the apartment. We pass you this claim, as we had a very terrifying incident, in the apartment we rented via Belvilla. We arrived Tuesday the 05/7-22 around 6pm, after 18 hours of traveling. After dinner around 8pm, we went for a swim in the pool. Just wearing bathing clothes and 1 set of keys, we closed the door to the apartment. Trying to enter the apartment again, we were unable to unlock the door. We tried to contact the agency who made the handover of the keys (R&B homes), but they were closed. We got in contact with security, who also tried to enter…without succes. With help from security, we got a name for a locksmith, which we contacted. They arrived around 11pm, and 30 minuts later, we were able to enter the apartment again. This was for a cost of € 288,- The rootcause for the door jam, was the secound set of keys, which were still on the inside, stuck in the door. By the handover of keys and in the introduction to the apartment, we were not informed about “do not leave your keys in the door inside, if you go out”, nor is this set as an information/instruction, in the material of the apartment. So we found ourself totally unaware about the very unpleasent situation we had to experiance, nor did we do this by accident or other purpose… we did simply not have the nessecary information. Our family had a very ugly experiance that evening, so we claim a refund for the amount we had to pay from the locksmith. We look forward to hear from you again, and your accept for the full refund of the cost we had, to enter the apartment again Thanks for your attention. ——- Beside this, the pool needs a complete cleaning, as there are algae many places at the inside of the pool. Especially in the filter zones. We also miss an iron, and a couple of new chairs in the living room would be fine ( there are holes in 2 chairs, this is covered with a blanket ) The 2 deck chairs at the balkon, are rusty So some refreshment is to wish. Buitengesloten van het appartement Las Colinas Golfresort / appartement Tipuana ES-03189-89Aan wie het aangaat door Belvilla, R&B of de eigenaar van het appartement. We geven u deze claim door, aangezien we een zeer angstaanjagend incident hebben gehad in het appartement gehuurd via Belvilla. We kwamen dinsdag 7-05-22 rond 18.00 uur aan, na 18 uur reizen. Na het eten rond 20.00 uur gingen we zwemmen in het zwembad. We droegen alleen badkleding en 1 set sleutels en sloten de deur van het appartement. Toen we het appartement opnieuw probeerden binnen te gaan, konden we de deur niet ontgrendelen. We probeerden contact op te nemen met het bureau dat de sleuteloverdracht heeft gedaan (R&B-huizen) , maar ze waren gesloten. We kwamen in contact met de beveiliging, die ook probeerde binnen te komen... zonder succes. Met hulp van de beveiliging kregen we een naam voor een slotenmaker, waarmee we contact hebben opgenomen. Ze kwamen rond 23.00 uur aan en 30 minuten later konden we het appartement weer in. Dit kostte € 288,- De oorzaak van de deurstoring was de tweede set sleutels, die nog aan de binnenkant zat, vast in de deur. Bij de overhandiging van de sleutels en bij de introductie van het appartement werden we niet geïnformeerd over "laat je sleutels niet binnen in de deur, als je naar buiten gaat", noch is dit ingesteld als een informatie / instructie, in het materiaal van het appartement. Dus we waren ons totaal niet bewust van de zeer onaangename situatie die we moesten meemaken, noch deden we dit per ongeluk of een ander doel ... we hadden gewoon niet de benodigde informatie. Onze familie had een zeer vervelende ervaring die avond, dus we eisen een restitutie van het bedrag dat we moesten betalen van de slotenmaker. We kijken ernaar uit om weer van u te horen, en uw akkoord voor de volledige terugbetaling van de kosten die we hadden, om het appartement weer te betreden Bedankt voor uw aandacht. ——-Daarnaast heeft het zwembad een volledige reiniging nodig, aangezien er algen zijn geen plaatsen aan de binnenkant van het zwembad. Vooral in de filterzones. Ook missen we een strijkijzer, en een paar nieuwe stoelen in de woonkamer zou fijn zijn (er zitten gaten in 2 stoelen, deze is bedekt met een blan
