Mooie villa met zwembad

Dit is echt het paradijs.Zeer mooi huis,nog beter dan op de foto's. Zeer mooie tuin en adembenemend uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Zeer veel privacy,geen inkijk van buren. Stille airco op de kamer. Een plek waar we verliefd op geworden zijn, en waar we zeker gaan terugkeren.

if you are considering this finca for your holiday on Ibiza, look no further. if, like us, it was the photos of the property which caught your attention then i can tell you those photos are 100% accurate. in truth, the reality is even better than the photos. from the moment you arrive you will be in awe of this property. angelica and vicent have put a lot of thought into the details both small and large. the property itself is a short drive from the beach and there is another pathway to walk to the beach which takes an easy ten minutes walking. access is through a large gate offering privacy and security. there is another house owned by angelica and vicent nearby, although privacy is not compromised. there was another couple staying there and we never heard a sound. the view to the beach from the house is, of course, stunning. the kitchen is fully functioning if you want to cook, and there's a bbq outside too. the bed is a king size and very comfortable. there is plenty of space to hang and store clothes and there is a/c in the bedroom if you want it. there's a safe too. the beach at cala san vicent is beautiful too - very wide and sandy with easy access in to the water. there are plenty of places to eat and drink at the beach, including at least three excellent restaurants. there's also a local supermarket which offers most of what you'll need, although at slightly higher prices than if you drive to santa eularia. this a beautiful and quiet part of ibiza, and this house allows you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Vanaf het moment dat je aankomt zul je onder de indruk zijn van deze accommodatie. angelica en vicent hebben veel aandacht besteed aan de details, zowel klein als groot. de accommodatie zelf ligt op een klein eindje rijden van het strand en er is nog een pad om naar het strand te lopen, wat gemakkelijk tien minuten lopen is. toegang is via een grote poort die privacy en veiligheid biedt. er is een ander huis in eigendom van Angelica en Vicent in de buurt, hoewel de privacy niet in het gedrang komt. er was nog een stel dat daar verbleef en we hebben nog nooit een geluid gehoord. Het uitzicht op het strand vanuit het huis is natuurlijk prachtig. De keuken is volledig functionerend als je wilt koken, en er is ook een bbq buiten. een kingsize en zeer comfortabel, er is veel ruimte om kleren op te hangen en op te slaan en er is a / c in de slaapkamer als je dat wilt. "Ook daar is een kluis. het strand van cala san vicent is ook mooi - erg breed en zandig met gemakkelijke toegang tot het water. er zijn tal van plekken om te eten en te drinken op het strand, waaronder minstens drie uitstekende restaurants. er is ook een lokale supermarkt die het meeste biedt wat je nodig hebt, hoewel tegen iets hogere prijzen dan wanneer je naar Santa Eularia rijdt. Dit is een mooi en rustig deel van Ibiza, en dit huis biedt je de mogelijkheid om te ontspannen en te genieten van de rust. en stil.
