Units are located on the 4rd floor in a building. The nearest parking is 20 min walk away and it is public and it costs. This lovely two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view is a perfect fit for five persons. It features air conditioning, WiFi and flat-screen TV. Kitchen is well equipped with a oven, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher. Bathroom includes bathtub, hair dryer and washing machine.
Balcony with outdoor furniture offers wonderful sea view. Apartments Lazarin is 1 km away from the Old Town, the grocery shop, bakery and cafes can be found in 170 meters range. The nearest bus station is 200 meters away, with buses passing frequently. Apartments Lazarin are perfect place for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 5,5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Lazarin apartments. The apartment is very comfy and welcoming, with the balcony and seating out there being the highlight to enjoy the beautiful view over Dubrovnik old town and out to sea. The location was perfect for getting to the beach (few minutes walk) and walking into the old town, but far and high enough up to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are lots of steps down/up to the apartment, but we were aware of this from other reviews and it's worth it for the views. Communication with the host was great and very informative with a helpful video on how to locate the apartment. Would recommend a stay here to anyone looking at visiting Dubrovnik.
