Heb jij hem al op tv gespot? De nieuwe commercial van Belvilla? Bij Belvilla krijgen we allerlei vragen over onze vakantiehuizen. Mag mijn huisdier mee? Hebben jullie ook huizen voor een heel rugbyteam? Zijn er ook huizen met zwembad voor niksers? Op al deze vragen kunnen wij in de nieuwste commercial gerust antwoorden met \u2018Ja\u2019. Ben jij benieuwd naar de commercial en wil je meer weten over het huis dat hier een rol speelt? Wij vertellen je er alles over!<\/p>\n

Vakantiehuis in de Provence<\/h3>\n

Het vakantiehuis Grands Abayers<\/a> vormt het decor van de nieuwe commercial. Dit vakantiehuis<\/a> ligt in Apt, in de Provence<\/a>, en wordt gerund door huiseigenaren Daisy en Vincent. In november 2016 kochten zij dit huis na een actieve periode van zoeken. Ze kozen voor een vakantiehuis in de Provence vanwege de markten, natuur en het verleden van de streek. Op het internet vonden zij een bastide in Apt en meteen was er een klik. \u201cDe bastide viel bij het zien meteen in de smaak en niet veel later brachten we een tweede bezoek aan de villa. Na een week hebben we een bod gedaan en toen we eenmaal overeengekomen waren, viel er een last van onze schouders! We hebben onze droom waargemaakt! We beseften wel dat de grootste uitdaging nu pas begon\u201d, vertellen Daisy en Vincent.<\/p>\n

Huiseigenaren Vincent & Daisy<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Na de aankoop begonnen Daisy en Vincent, samen met Guy, hun manusje van alles, aan het opknappen van het huis. Er werd geschilderd en meubelen werden aangekocht. Rond die tijd kwamen Daisy en Vincent in contact met Belvilla, waar de eerste afspraken voor het verhuren van het vakantiehuis werden gemaakt. Het vakantiehuis moest vanaf april 2017 gereed zijn. Daisy en Vincent: \u201cHet zwembad werd gereed gemaakt, alle olijfbomen werden grondig gesnoeid, het gras werd gezaaid en de rest van het perceel wat een oppervlakte van 4000 vierkante meter beslaat, werd voorzien van bodembedekking.\u201d<\/p>\n

Begin april werd het huis helemaal aangekleed met kaarsjes, geurstokjes en allerlei lekkernijen. Er werden foto\u2019s gemaakt voor de website van Belvilla. Daisy en Vincent: \u201cWe hadden echt geluk met het weer want rond die tijd was er een aangename temperatuur van 20 graden, met een stralende zon!\u201d<\/p>\n

Binnen no-time kwamen de eerste boekingen binnen, maar Daisy en Vincent boekten ook zelf twee weken in augustus om zo te kunnen genieten van hun nieuwe stulpje in het buitenland. Vincent: \u201cDaisy en ik konden nu eens goed genieten van de markt en het kasteel in Lourmarin, de winkeltjes in Bonnieux, het kasteel van Lacoste en het dorpje Saignon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hun wens voor 2018? \u201cIn 2018 hopen we veel families te kunnen ontvangen, ons huis is immers door Belvilla uitgekozen als decor voor de nieuwste reclame! We zien dit als een beloning, een Oscar aan iedereen die zijn of haar steentje heeft bijgedragen om ons eigendom te maken hoe het nu is. Dank aan Belvilla, Monique, Aamndine, Denis, Guy en de ganse familie!\u201d, aldus Vincent en Daisy.<\/p>\n
