Maar sommige gerechten wil je liever niet tegenkomen tijdens je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/blog\/goedkope-vakantie\/\">vakantie<\/a> (of juist wel). Soms worden de meest bizarre ingredi\u00ebnten gebruikt om een maaltijd op tafel te zetten. Had jij al ooit van de volgende gerechten gehoord?<\/p>\n<h3>1. Casu Marzu (Sardini\u00eb)<\/h3>\n<p>Casu Marzu (oftewel \u2018rotte kaas\u2019 in het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/vakantiehuis-sardinie-italie\/?utm_medium=social-p&amp;utm_source=bv-blog-nl&amp;utm_campaign=6-bizarre-buitenlandse-gerechten&amp;utm_content=20160531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sardijns<\/a>) is een ongepasteuriseerde schapenkaas die extra lang gerijpt wordt. Zo lang, totdat er zich larven in nestelen. Eigenlijk laten ze deze kaas zo lang rijpen, dat hij gaat rotten. Echte liefhebbers eten de kaas met de larven er nog in.<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2016\/05\/Crubeens-1096x683.jpg\" alt=\"Black pudding\" width=\"1096\" height=\"683\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7738\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>2. Crubeens (Ierland)<\/h3>\n<p>Crubeens is een typisch Iers gerecht waarbij varkenspoten gekookt worden. Ja, je leest het goed. Vaak worden ze gefrituurd geserveerd en met de hand gegeten. Door de botjes te verwijderen en ze te vullen met gepureerde aardappelen is het een klassieke Ierse maaltijd. De varkenspoten kun je overigens gewoon bij de plaatselijke slager vinden!<\/p>\n<h3>3. T\u00eate de veau (Frankrijk)<\/h3>\n<p>Hoewel alles vaak heel mooi klinkt in het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/vakantiehuis-frankrijk\/?utm_medium=social-p&amp;utm_source=bv-blog-nl&amp;utm_campaign=6-bizarre-buitenlandse-gerechten&amp;utm_content=20160531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frans<\/a> is t\u00eate de veau niets minder dan een kalfskop. Wanneer je dit gerecht klaarmaakt, moet je wel aardig wat tijd inplannen. Het stoven duurt namelijk 5 tot 7 uur, waarna het vlees van het bot gehaald wordt. Bij het serveren zie je niet meer dat het om een kalfskop gaat, maar toch wordt het geserveerd met een stukje meegekookte kalfshersenen.<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2016\/05\/Haggis-1096x683.jpg\" alt=\"Black pudding\" width=\"1096\" height=\"683\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7739\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>4. Haggis (Schotland)<\/h3>\n<p>Altijd al benieuwd geweest hoe de inhoud van een schapenmaag smaakt? Dan moet je een keer haggis proberen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/vakantiehuis-zuid-schotland-groot-brittannie\/?utm_medium=social-p&amp;utm_source=bv-blog-nl&amp;utm_campaign=6-bizarre-buitenlandse-gerechten&amp;utm_content=20160531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Schotland<\/a>. Deze schapenmaag is gevuld met gehakt, bestaande uit hart, longen, lever en nieren. Dit is gemengd met havermout en kruiden en wordt in de maag van een schaap bereid. Klinkt lekker toch?<\/p>\n<h3>5. Gallinejas (Spanje)<\/h3>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/vakantiehuis-spanje\/?utm_medium=social-p&amp;utm_source=bv-blog-nl&amp;utm_campaign=6-bizarre-buitenlandse-gerechten&amp;utm_content=20160531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spanje<\/a> zijn ze ook niet vies om de organen van dieren te eten. Dit traditionele gerecht uit Madrid heeft als hoofdingredi\u00ebnt kip- of lamsdarmen. Deze worden gebakken in olie en worden vaak geserveerd met frieten. Het gerecht wordt tegenwoordig vooral op festivals gegeten.<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2016\/05\/Black-pudding-1096x683.jpg\" alt=\"Black pudding\" width=\"1096\" height=\"683\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7740\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>6. Black pudding (Engeland en Ierland)<\/h3>\n<p>Ook wel bekend als bloedworst. Het wordt in meerdere landen geserveerd, waaronder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belvilla.nl\/vakantiehuis-groot-brittannie\/?utm_medium=social-p&amp;utm_source=bv-blog-nl&amp;utm_campaign=6-bizarre-buitenlandse-gerechten&amp;utm_content=20160531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Engeland<\/a> en Ierland. Black pudding wordt over het algemeen gemaakt van varkensvet, varkensbloed en heel veel havermout. Wanneer het voorgekookt is, kan black pudding koud gegeten worden.
