We had a fantastic stay in Hünningen, a quiet little village in 'Ostbelgien'. We stayed in a little, very cosy house, neat and nicely decorated - the 2 of us and the dog felt right at home, also because of the separate garden with view to a pasture. At night it is very quiet so you sleep well but also because of the excellent (electronically adjustable) bed and duvet. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items and there is a map with a lot of options for walks & restaurants etc in the area. The spa-area (very nice & new sauna and hottub) was the icing on the cake, you do have to pay for it separately and in full for the whole stay. The owner is a very friendly and cooperative, helpful lady who speaks several languages, she lives next door but this doesn't feel annoying. And of course the area is stunning, even in February with shaky weather. We will certainly go back there again. This was one of the best houses we have been in.

De cottage ligt in een schattig stil dorpje/gehucht. De cottage is met grote zorg voor kwaliteit verbouwd en met oog voor detail heel gerieflijk en gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De eigenaresse ontvangt je hartelijk. Leuk en verzorgd tuintje ook. Aanrader!

Wat een leuke en gezellige cottage! We hebben ervan genoten en leuke wandelingen gemaakt in de buurt... We zijn ook heel vriendelijke ontvangen en er stond een leuke attentie klaar voor ons... Wij gaan zeker terug!
